A processed newsletter is one that generates a new summary and/or audio (not already in cache). Re-forwarding content another user already processed usually does not use quota.
FAQ
What happens when I hit the daily quota?
Your forwarded email still arrives. Synapttia saves it, but that day it will not generate summary or audio until the quota resets (midnight UTC) or you upgrade to Pro. You will see an in-app notice when this is enabled.
Where do I pay for Pro?
Only in the official store: Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS). We do not sell subscriptions on this website.
Can I pay on synapttia.com?
No. This page shows indicative plans and pricing. Billing and cancellation are handled in the store where you installed the app.
How do I cancel Pro?
From Google Play or App Store subscription settings on your device. When the paid period ends you return to Free with its quota.
What counts as “processed”?
Content analysis (summary) and voice narration when applicable. Re-forwards already in shared cache do not trigger new AI or voice costs and do not deduct quota.
Why daily quota instead of monthly?
The technical limit is measured per UTC day to protect voice generation costs. ~30/month and ~150/month are commercial shorthand (~30 or ~150 days at full daily quota).
Restore purchases?
Yes. When Pro is live you will be able to restore your subscription from the app if you change devices (native store flow).
